Launched in May 2007, the ACM Commercial Mortgage Fund is a pooled commercial mortgage fund available for investment by institutional and private accredited investors


To provide investors with yield premium over Government of Canada bonds and capital protection.


The Fund is invested in a diversified portfolio of conservative first and second mortgages secured by retail, office, industrial and multi-family properties located in urban and suburban markets across Canada.

As an open-ended private mutual fund trust, investors have the ability to purchase or redeem units on a monthly basis.
